About Us

Diane and associates bring over 50 years experience working with and developing leaders and teams.  We embody from-the-inside-out and from-the-outside-in knowledge and skills along with specialized training and tools in Relationship Systems.  Our diverse expertise and specialties are drawn upon to tailor our services to your company’s needs.

Diane Boivie, CPCC, ACC ~ Founder and owner of The Redwood Grove Consulting Group

Diane has always loved working with systems.  She began her career as an Information Technology (IT) professional in the corporate world, working her way up from programmer, to manager, to project and program manager.  At one point in her career she was reporting to the Chief Information Office (CIO) on his executive team, managing the IT Transformation Program Office, consisting of 17 concurrent and inter-related cross-department projects.  In addition she managed the CIO’s Regional IT Alliance, which involved 7 CIO’s across multiple countries.

As fascinating as application and technology systems were, working with people systems, such as leadership teams and work teams, was when she really found her calling.  She discovered that she has a knack for turning partially functioning teams into high-performing teams; teams that work well together, even under intense pressure, and have fun.  She has helped leverage the power of leadership inherent in teams so that they can become more empowered, productive and inspired.

When she left the corporate world, she decided to pursue specialized training in this field.  She is a certified and credentialed Co-Active Professional Coach, as well as a graduate of the Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching advanced training program.  She is trained in the use of the Stellar Team Diagnostic Tool which assesses strengths and development opportunities for teams.  In addition she is a graduate of the intensive, year-long Co-Active Leadership Program.  Diane is currently the Past President of Marin Coaches Alliance, a chapter of the International Coach Federation chapter, the world-wide professional association for professional coaches, co-founder of the North Bay Sustainable Business Alliance.
